An investment advisor will sell you advice so he can produce an income.
An investor makes an income (return) by taking his own advice.
I have been investing for over twenty years. The first ten years as a passive investor and the past ten years as an active investor. As an active investor, I am not saying I execute many trades, but that I am the one that takes direct action on my investment.
I am a professional accountant with an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) and over thirty years of business experience plus ten years of teaching business at the post secondary level.
I have a solid track record of investment returns. I provide this information as a guide to how I invest and what stocks I select from. I do not prescribe what you should do with your investments; you can elect to follow my strategy or not – it’s your choice.
